Danielle & Gianni’s Old Hollywood Wedding on the Queen Mary | Long Beach Digital and Film Wedding Photographer


Danielle and Gianni’s wedding aboard the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach was nothing short of a dream. From the Old Hollywood glamour to the emotional moments and golden hour portraits, every detail was a perfect reflection of their love story. I had the honor of documenting their day on both digital and 35mm film to preserve the richness, depth, and timeless beauty of the celebration.


The day began at The Cove Hotel, where Danielle got ready with her bridesmaids. Her look was nothing short of iconic—she wore a stunning gown by Miraz Willinger for the ceremony and later changed into a sleek second dress by Jolache Couture for the reception. Hair by A On Spot and makeup by Makeup by Ariel Amirah brought the entire Old Hollywood vision to life.


Their first look took place in front of the Veranda Grill on the Queen Mary, a perfect setting with vintage charm and dramatic architecture. From there, guests were seated on the Capstan Deck for the ceremony, where a live string quartet from Orchid Quartet set the tone for a deeply romantic moment. Just as Danielle and Gianni shared their first kiss, white doves were released (White Dove Release CA), and a rainbow appeared in the sky—a completely magical moment none of us will ever forget.

The celebration continued with a golden hour portrait session on the deck of the Queen Mary. The light, the ocean air, and the ship’s art deco details created a cinematic backdrop that looked especially beautiful on film.


The reception took place in the Queen’s Salon, an elegant space filled with vintage touches. Guests enjoyed entertainment that made the evening unforgettable: a vintage photo booth with a dreamy paper moon backdrop (Salt and Light Photo Booth), live performances by the Honey Taps—a retro tap dance troupe—and a captivating belly dance performance by Zia Shirin. Danielle and Gianni’s choreographed first dance was emotional and graceful, and later in the night, a live mariachi band (Mariachi Águila de Plata) brought vibrant energy to the dance floor.


Every detail was perfectly coordinated by Jennuine Events, and the entire day was filmed beautifully by Atos Production. The couple also worked with Gifts for the Girls as a content creator to capture behind-the-scenes moments and real-time highlights.


This Queen Mary wedding was the perfect mix of elegance, emotion, and celebration—rooted in family, culture, and timeless style.
